Kuala Lumpur, July 23 (DPA) Malaysian customs officials arrested a 26-year-old man from India who allegedly tried to smuggle in drugs worth 1.25 million ringgit ($390,625) inside two rice pots, the official news agency Bernama reported Friday.

The man was detained at Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, the main airport in the northeastern state of Kelantan.

This was the state customs department’s third drug bust this month.
