London, July 12 (IANS) Singer Leona Lewis is keeping herself busy with animal charity work to get over the split with her boyfriend.
The ‘Bleeding Love’ singer spent the weekend at a bear sanctuary in Romania for the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) after completing her British tour in a bid to try and take her mind off her childhood sweetheart Lou Al-Chamaa, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
‘It’s amazing. The bears are magnificent. After a life of abuse, they are finally happy,’ said Leona.
Leona and Lou announced the end of their 10-year relationship in June.
