London, June 30 (IANS) A man who allegedly accused Irish music mogul Louis Walsh of indecently assaulting him in a nightclub has been arrested on suspicion of making a false statement.
Walsh, who acts as a judge on the British version of ‘The X Factor’, vehemently denied accusations that he groped a 24-year-old accuser at the Krystle nightclub in Dublin following a Westlife concert in April this year.
The investigation into the allegations has now been dropped and police have taken a male dancer into custody to grill him over his claims, reports dailymirror.co.uk.
He was reportedly questioned at a Dublin police station, this tuesday.
