Singapore, April 10 (IANS) NRI Samba Natarajan has been appointed the CEO of Group Digital Life in Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) after the company on Friday announced a series of changes in its senior leadership team, a media report said.
Natarajan, 49, currently the managing director of Digital Enterprise, will be responsible for the group’s digital portfolio, including Amobee, HOOQ, analytics wing DataSpark and corporate venture capital fund Innov8, Channel NewsAsia reported.
An alumni of the Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad, Natarajan graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1999 as a Palmer Scholar and Ford Fellow. He also holds an electrical engineering degree from BITS, Pilani.
Before joining Singtel, he was a partner at McKinsey and Company based in Singapore, and a leader in McKinsey’s telecom and technology practice in the region.
