London, July 31 (IANS) Indian shuttler Parupalli Kashyap defeated Vietnamese Tien Minh Nguyen with ease in straight games in the men’s singles to move into the pre-quarterfinals here at the London Olympics Tuesday.
Kashyap won 21-9, 21-14 in 39 minutes at the Wembley Arena. He topped Group D and will next face Sri Lankan Niluka Karunaratne.
