London, July 9 (IANS) British rocker Pete Doherty has been hospitalised in France, says report.
The singer was scheduled to perform Thursday at Theatre de Verdure in Nice when the news spread that he had been admitted to a hospital. Concertgoers were told the show would be rescheduled at a later date, reports femalefirst.co.in
Fans, who drove four hours from Italy to see Doherty, couldn’t believe the gig was cancelled.
There were no further details about Doherty’s hospitalisation and it is not known if the health scare was drug related.
