New York, Sep 19 (DPA) United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon Friday condemned the suicide bomb attack in Pakistan’s North West Frontier Province that the UN said killed more than 30 people.
Ban reiterated his “rejection of such indiscriminate and reprehensible acts of violence” and sent his condolences to the families of the victims and to the government of Pakistan.
The powerful explosion took place in Ustarzai, a small Shia Muslim-dominated area on the fringes of the garrison town of Kohat, 60 km south of the provincial capital, Peshawar.
