Yaonde (Cameroon), June 22 (IANS) The wreckage of a plane carrying Australian mining magnate Ken Talbot has been found in the Republic of Congo, Xinhua reported.
The plane went missing Saturday while it was travelling from Cameroon capital Yaounde to Yangadou city in the northwestern part of the Republic of Congo.
Cameroon’s Communication Minister Issa Tchiroma Bakary said Monday 10 bodies were found and there were no survivors.
The aircraft was operated by a private company of Congo and chartered by Cam Iron, the Cameroon subsidiary of Australian mining company Sundance Resources.
Earlier, the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper reported that Talbot was among the six Australian passengers of the missing plane.
